Mystery Forest House

 Hello creative friends!

I was inspired to transform the Halloween house into a mysterious forest house.

The house has a stable stand, allowing for easy movement and rearrangement for new decorations.

I created an old, dilapidated house using the appropriate colour shading and crackle medium.

 The transformation was completed quickly.

To create a three-dimensional effect, I glued together various

individual parts such as leaves and mushrooms. The mini windows fit almost perfectly into the recesses, and the mini door has a small canopy.

It appears as though Grandpa Gnome has just come for a visit.

Opa Gnom wants comfort

Hello everyone!

Today I'd like to introduce you to the inhabitants of the Enchanted Forest,

who probably come and go quite often in the big mushroom

some details

Special Tip

You can also make a sitting Opa Gnom from a standing one.

After all, an old man wants comfort.

Just break the legs twice OMG 😀

and then glue them back together at a 90° angle.

Diorama Autumn Forest- Altered Book

Hello everyone!

I enjoy reviving old and forgotten objects, in particular, old books

that can be transformed into wonderful 3D dioramas.

Today, to suit the season, I went for a walk in the autumnal forest.
Have you had the opportunity to explore the latest  shapes available in the

Autumn & Woodland Shapes

collection?

I can only say that they are enchanting and very inspiring!

 Love the latest

Skeleton, Dead Trees, Stumps & Branches

I used different sizes, sometimes only parts or, for example,
interpreted

Bonsai Skeleton Tree

completely new as a tree root.

A door to another world

Hello everyone!

I was inspired to create a mixed media collage

on a new mixed media board - The crescent moon.

Autumn is here, a sunny time that inspires with its colourful leaves

but also gives a feeling of sadness as winter draws near.

This season is also known for being grey, gloomy, and mysterious,

and it brings along the traditional Halloween festivities.

Initially, I gave structure to the moon by using a stencil and texture medium.

I created a landscape of craters with silver decosand, which I then coated

in black gesso once it had dried. However,

I regret not having taken a photo as what I had done is barely visible now.

Maybe it'll work better next time because this moon is so adaptable.

With some luck, there will be other moon shapes soon. 😀

Moonlight shadows - Shadow frame

   Hello everyone!

Have you seen the  latest MDF shapes by Calico Craft Parts?
- enchanting moons and old gnarled trees -

Just the right addition for projects on the theme of Magic forest.

I was inspired to create a shadow frame,
meaning I used a canvas from backside,
glued a 30 x 30 scrappaper on it
and  have torn a part out of the middle.
Behind you will discover a mysterious old castle
which is framed by these beautiful old trees.

How to ... tips
