The Red Goddess by Lesley

Hey people, Lesley here with a canvas for you..............

I started off with a 6x6" canvas and decorated it with various mediums and paints.

The main part of the canvas was a plaster fairy type thing that i made out of a mold. She had to have wings......and the mini MDF wings were perfect for her.

I mounted her onto a flourish ATC, which i had painted black and added some gold via a stencil.

I love these squirly corner pieces..........i think they make the ATC look a bit posh! They were painted back and i added a bit of gold detail before gluing them down.

I highlighted a few areas with a bronze wax. And added detail to her body with a nib and some black ink.
