Cubed Industrial by Lesley

Howdy people. Leslie here with a geared up cube for you........

I started with the medium sized cube, glued it together and painted it black.

I used various gears......styles 3, 4, and 5.....the mini ones. The rusty effect was created using rusting powder and white vinegar. I then added some Decoart quinacridone gold to some parts.

Gotta love a bit of rust! I then glued them onto 4 sides of the cube in a random fashion.

The little legs are actually mini wooden milk churns turned upside down. These were also painted black with rusty wire wrapped around them.

Starting in one corner of the square, i wrapped a long length of rusty wire around the cube, bending it into a coil on top. I hung a little clock, which had also been rusted.

Thanks for reading.....see ya next time.
