Discovered in the wood by Kerstin

Hello, everybody!

Time for a new mixed media inspiration for Calico Craft Parts!

In the early morning I love to go for a walk in the forest
with my dog - especially in these hot days.
We are both eager observers of nature; my dog with its nose
and I always keep my eyes wide open when walking through the fields and corridors.
There are so many wonderful inspirations hidden away to discover.
Often you can watch nature reconquering its field, which is something I always find very fascinating.

For today's project I found some beautiful and very inspiring matching wood shapes
in the Flora and Fauna section of the Calico Craft Parts online shop.

some close up's

If you need any further information

on how I worked with these amazing wooden shapes,

please, just ask !

Happy crafting!

Kerstin

  2. Some amazing effects on the craft parts. I love how you brought the flora and fauna to life and the rusting abandoned car is an amazing touch. xx
